someone with a yahoo address is using my checking account and charging debits from my account, I need to know who owns this account

This is a legal matter. Close your bank account immediately and start a new one with a new number. ANY respectable bank will do this with no problem or else find a new bank as well.

Head to an attorney and let them track this person doing this.
