One of my ex boyfriends sisters is popping pills and cutting blood off in her arm i worry about her and the doc. told her that she could die and i will b mad @ myself 4 letting her do it.
and she offered my a cig. but i said i don't wanna die of lung cancer. SHE NEEDS MAGER HELP...

sorry to say you can't "fix" anyone but yourself. you have not "LET" this girl take pills or cut... it's her choice.
what do her parents say? does she see a therapist?
i would like to let you know that most people who cut and self-injure were sexually abused sometime in their lives.
i agree, she does need help... the best you can do is talk with her parents... if they are the "cause" call social services, if she is a minor child. they will investigate the home, and their source will remain anonymous.
i know it's difficult for you to see this happening, but there is little you can do other than be supportive and talk with her.
there are many websites about self-injury. you might want to do a search. perhaps they can give better advice?

I say hide the pills, take away anything that she could possibly use to harm herself...but talk to her and and her family. Tell her family to talk to her and tell her how much they love her and how they'll support her no matter what she's going through. I suggest you do the same. Show her she's appreciated and that it's not such a great idea to throw her life away.
Hopefully, that'll bring her back to her senses. I completely feel for you. I'd feel just as guilty if I didn't do anything when I knew I could.

It's great that you care about this girl, but this isn't your problem. If you're the only one that knows about this, you should definitely tak to your ex about it or tell someone in her family. Don't blame yourself for anything, this isn't your fault. Just make sure you tell someone that can get her the help that she needs.
