It's not that hard to replace a bumper. I did it a few times for myself and for friends. email me a_ra(removethis)mit@yahoo and i will see what i can do to help

is not that difficult as it looks,but You will need some tools.
metric all of them.
12mm,15mm,17mm,
the bolts and nut get loose by twisting counterclockwise.
