who do you contact about abandon shopping carts?

i live in so. calif accross the street from a national guard armory that shelters the homless during the winter. they (the homless) check in to the shelter but leave thier shopping carts in my front yard. is there a company that collects and returns them (the shopping carts) to the proper stores for a reward or something?

Most shopping carts have the name of the store on them. Contact the local store you see on the cart.

Call your local Code Enforcement office.
