Doctors say not to but i have swim practice every day i never lose any... and as long as you wear googles that don't leak the contacts stay in.

you can but if you are wearing contact lenses you have to be careful to always wear googles. i have a friend who wears contact lenses and she has never had a problem with them, but as i said before this is only because she wears googles (one time she didn't and they did fall out but luckily we were able to find them). have fun!

Yes deffinately as long as you wear goggles and try not to open your eyes under water if you do go under with out wearing goggles!!

No, that's not a good idea, they fall out in goggles, and water could leak in them! Sorry I would suggest that's not a good idea! Hope I helped!

I think you would probably be in danger of loosing them, even if you don't put your face under water, you still may get splashed in the face.

only if you wear goggles and you're sure you can keep them on. but instead of taking that risk, i recommend you buy graded goggles.
