Nope - Cricket is a funny game and any team can win on the day - look how awesome the aussies were at the start of the recent one day series. then they got a few injuries and England ended up winning the series. Australia will probably win but you can't rule out any of the other teams yet. Remember Kenya made it to the quarter finals of the last world cup.

Well I'm afraid you are right. I suppose Australia, Newzealand, South Africa and Srlanka will reach the semi-finals (or westindies could be there instead of Srilanks)
But looking at the upsets in this WC there is a tiny ray of hope that England might squeeze through.

Yes! England is not capable of winning the world cup with their present team. If they are in the super 8 stage its because 8 teams had to be there somehow. England can't beat Aussies,Proteas and Kiwis. Still its a game of cricket a game of uncertainties but still England stands no chance, I believe.

I dont think so. England are capable to spring few surprises on their day and as cricket is a game of uncertainties no team can be ruled out.

Definitely-the contest is between those two but the english will provide some entertainment.They seem to perform quite well when no one expects them to.
