Some bands "form" as a band. Some artist's just "hire" musicians to back them. You will typically find these "hired" guys to be the most talented in the business. The sad thing is, many of the people they "back" are talentless. They don't get noticed by the press because they don't have "people" behind them running the marketing machine. It's all a game, the people who rise to the top, rise because of money and backing, not pure talent.

Some people are just paid to be a part of a live band when some superstar tours. These people are usually great musicians who could back up anyone. They usually aren't part of the creative writing process and possibly didn't play on the album.

thats because they're in a band therefore their a whole group TOGETHER. however, people who like might drum or play guitar for people like beyonce which is unlikely are constantly changed therefore there is no need for them to be like noticed. well thats what i think anyway.

well it depends of how the musicians wanna to be reowned... personally m a musician and forms part of a band... but actually i dont wanna to be noticed... so i just play my guitar... doin some good notes...and rock their faces off...

a real musician is someone... who donot need to be noticed by the media or be reowned... he just proves himself he is reowned by himself....
