I really like Cade. It goes well with Blake, is different but not too "off the wall"
Liam is becoming VERY popular, as is Jake/Jacob (a tried and true favourite for years) -also, Blake and Jake...no :0)
Deacon is well, too religious sounding for my taste. And 'Deac' as a nickname...
I have 5 sons, pregnant with number 6 and have run out of boys' names myself.

Jake is overused, as well as Jacob.
Cade is nice, I also really like the name Caleb.
Hmm...I dont really like Liam, it looks to much like Lima lol.
Deacon is nice as well, you should name him Cade or Deacon, and have Cade or Deacon as a middle name..
The only problem with Cade and Deacon is that you can't really make any nicknames out of them.

Jackson Liam is another fav of mine
I wouldn't do Jake b/c it rhymes with Blake. I don't think rhyming is a good idea even with twins.

I love the name Liam, I am seriously considering naming the baby I am pregnant w/ Liam James :-)
You could name your son Liam Cade :-)
Jake and Jacob are 2 overused.
Deacon? ummm NO.... 4 so many reasons.

I like Cade. You could also use Jacob and always have the option to shorten it to Jake. I'm not real fond of Liam. Go with what your heart tells you.

Cade is the best of those... Jacob would be called Jake, which is to nursery rhyme sounding with your other son's name.
what do you think of Blake & Jack ? those look like brother names to me!
