I had the same thing with my second pregnancy, food just didn't sound good and most of it grossed me out.... I suggest that if you're not hungry to eat small snacks frequently.... make sure what you do eat is healthy (no junk food)...
Good Luck!!

I wasn't hungry till the 7th month with both of my kids - in fact most of the time the mere thought of food made me ill - and they were perfectly healthy.

As someone else said, eat more small meals per day, even if you have to make yourself. My doctor told me as long as I ate between 1400 and 1800 calories per day the baby would be fine. Also, you only need about 400 extra calories a day when pregnant, and the prenatal vitamins are there as a backup for any nutrient you might not be eating enough of.

I was the same way in my second trimester. I am now 35 weeks and I have only gained about 16 lbs. Just eat healthy and drink lots of water.

If your doctor or midwife is happy with your weight, don't worry and enjoy the rest of your pregnacy!
