I don't really get that either and I'm a guy, to me I want to say, "wake up guys, if they have each other then they may just figure out they don't need you." I think some guys like the idea of two women falling all over them at the same time, but that just ain't the way it happens, maybe every once in a while if the girls were really drunk but I doubt it. And besides in most true lesbian couples one or both are really butch, so hows that treatin' ya guys?

Lots of good answers but here's the skinny. The reason that hetro men like to watch lesbians have sex is because deep down on the animal level, men have a problem with competition for mates. So when a hetro man sees two women together without a man present, he subconsciously sees the absence of competition and thus gets turned on.
Women however, generally don't get turned on by seeing two men having sex because they are wired differently. Competition for mates is not the underlying motivation.

Well truthfully I think we like girls that are Bi or willing to play with another girl, not lesbians. A guy liking a lesbian for sexual interest just does not make sense.
Also consider that in a guys mind a lesbian would be the sensual things he see's in an adult film. In reality a lesbian conjures up images of a bull dyke or a butch, something that would instantly kill almost any erotic fantasy. No I am not saying every lesbian is butch or ugly, but they are out there. Very seldom will you see two totally beautiful women who take your breath away that are pure lesbo... anyway....
To answer your question, guys like to fantasize about having the two women share the guy. That's why we like them.
At least in my mind that's how it works.

Most guys like pornography that have two girls having sex instead of watching a guy with a girl. The lesbians in pornos are usually good-looking and effeminate, but in real life, lesbians are usually more masculine and not as attractive.

I've honestly never understood why and I'm a straight man. I think that if the two girls are getting it on than they really don't want anything with me. So to all the guys out there who get turned on with the idea of two women getting it on...they don't want you. But now the whole threesome thing thats different. Thats horse of a different color. Because guys are visual animals and women are emotional animals. We like the concept of two women being sexual with each other because it is very visually stimulating. And even if we know deep down inside that they want nothing to do with us we still like to fantasize about the possibility of them letting us join or watch.

guys like watching lesbians because they are not guys. A lot of guys don't want to see a guy having sex. They want to see girls. Me personally I don't want to see a penis. Most guys I don't think want to sleep with a lesbian they just like watching them have sex. As far as a threesome that would make the girls bisexual and a lot of guys have that fantasy two is better than one in their opinion.

For example.
I like Beer.
I like Football.
When I watch football AND get to drink beer, i'm much happier than if I'm just drinking beer or just watching football.
So,
I like girl #1
I like girl #2
When girl #1 and girl #2 get together to do things that I like too, then I'm getting 2 things all at once and I feel like life is worth living again.
