Bull, thats a broad generalization...
As a mother to be, this has shocked me, and honestly speaking I'd probably lose it and kill each of these men...
Its totally unacceptable that these men are still on duty, and any crime against any woman should be seriously dealt with. They obviously have no respect for women what so ever...death would be a nice price, even if the child hadn't been born yet, I still see it as murder... they ended a life (alive and well inside its mother)!!!
Now I'm seriously getting tired of having to prove I have nothing against whites!!! A criminal/wrong doer is still such and I loathe any such - period!!!

Well that is just disgusting behaviour and it has nothing to do with Affirmative action. Thos cops are just silly and they do not deserve the honours of being called cops. I mean how about all the other black cops who are doing a great job, why are we not saying that is what AA stands for.
I hate corrupt police men but I hate stereo typed people even more. So sorry to the poor lady

It is bad but we have only heard one side of the story. Being a South African I have learnt that all we hear is one side of the story and most of the time it is blown out of proportion. Where is it written what the race of the cops are? Haven't you heard that assumption is the mother of all f***-ups. I can only say that we may not be the perfect country but, for alot of us (home or abroad) , South Africa is still home and the best one there is.

Alf- I don't think it's fair to generalize that all black cops are that way, that would be a racist statement in and of itself, it's not in any race's 'nature' to act in such a despicable piggish manner.
Having said that, too much of this bulls*t goes on in what used to be South Africa for it to be a coincidence.
What you have here is a barbaric mentality that pervades society in SA, and even one cop who acts this way is too many.

Hmmm...there's nothing in that article that says they were black. They could have been Coloured, Asian, Orientals...hell even white. Just because they referred to her as a rich white b*tch doesn't mean they're black.
Alf, yet another one of your famous assumptions: who said anything about Affirmitive Action?
Horrific story. Now what are we going to do about it?
Suggestions: Give her donations so she can afford a new car, and a good psychologist (if the police haven't provided one).
Bigger picture: Educate ALL our children, so they don't turn out to be racist, violent criminals

First to Bull III - How do you know that the "alleged" culprits are "Africans"? What if they are of the race?
While I deplore the alleged incident, I'd prefer to reserve my comments until the matter has been finalised by the courts! Personal experience has taught me to be cautious in matters of this nature. But racists like Alf, masquerading as analysts, can exploit the situation for their nefarious agendas.

I bet if this was white officers with a black lady it would have been much worse but now it is more of a cover up
People should get treated equally, blacks can get away with everything because they were "previously disadvantage" wonder how long this is till going to go on

This really makes me angry, especially the fact that it is CONDONED by their superiors right up to the president. If they saw anything wrong with the behavior of their staff they would have made sure those people were be behind bars.

You see stories like that in SA all the time, and they never get fired or go without their pay, you won't find anything like a follow-up or action taken unless she pays loads of money and takes it to court.

This is a sad story , and yes there are some bitter black cops , but i don't think it is fair to generalize that all black cops are like this.
I have had a few run in with cops (black )and they have always treated me with courtesy. They did not insult me, or beat me or anything like that.
So please alf why dont you stop running our country down with your broad generalizations of your bitter mind!!
