Depends on level of misfortune. There was nothing funny about 9/11, but someone being splashed by a semi on a rainy day on their way to a job or something is pretty funny to me.

I never laugh at others' misfortune and I am not scared of bad karma...I have been at both ends of the spectrum so I respect it all..it can happen to any of us at any time.

yes and yes. If it is a serious misfortune, I don't laugh. Tripping up the stairs is worth a giggle or two. I do worry about bad karma, but I don't think it means you can't have a sense of humor.

No I don't. My Grandmother told me to never laugh at anyone's misfortune because if I did, it would happen to me. Don't know if it's karma or just getting what you deserve.

I am not worried about karma, but I do not laugh at other people's misfortune because it is not humorous to me.

Honestly, if its someone who has wronged me pretty badly, I will take a moment to chuckle. I don't worry about karma in those instances because what's happening to them now is a result of how they've treated me and everyone else.

No. Laughing at someone because they trip over something or at a drunk because he can't stand up, to me is cruel. Tho many people laugh in situations like that, many do so as a defensive mechanism. Like laughter will protect them from experiencing the same thing. And many comedians have cashed in on the human trait. But, no.......not funny at all.
