I don't think that its Arsenal because its just when they come into the oppositions box they just can't finish. Not really unlucky.
Even if I am a true Man U fan (and they r so winning the title this season), I would really have to say Chelsea. With so many injuries its hard to play. But everyones coming back and it looks as if that injury list is moving into Man U. But not many starting players are on the list.

To Liverpool and Arsenal fans, scoring goals isn't luck, its class; something your team may lack.
To the Chelsea fan, yes, you have had trouble with injuries, but United was a better team then Chelsea before Cech and Terry got injured.
Plus, although you have had a ton of injuries, it wasn't all luck. You sold all your solid cover in defense and were left with Ferriera and Bridge. You gave away Gallas, one of the best defenders in the league, for a money hungry moral destroyer.
You bought a striker you didn't need and sold and loaned out the quality you already had at the striker position.
You have all the money in the world and you are short on depth because your owner has decided to buy up a team of mercenaries with little care for club.
That's a little bit of bad luck and a whole bit of bad planning.
You were a better team last year, before you gave Ballack 130k a week salary, before you spent 30 mil on Sheva, before you sent Crespo on loan and before you gave away a top class defender for a name player.
