You'll go before a judge and either be given short jail time or most likely community service and a fine.
Do youself a favor; be open and honest in court; don't try to be a smart a**, or play it cool.
And in the future, if you can't pay for it, leave it on the shelf. Besides, as you very well know, if you haven't worked for what you've got, then you don't appreaciate it.

Lethal Injection.

By the way, if you are going to rip off a store, choose a place a little more classy than JC Penny!

I have blended feeling concerning this problem. If the criminal is mentally ill, he/she should be helped - after correction. If he/she is only predatory they should be chemically castrated. If a newborn is in contact they should be locked away till they at the on the spot aren't from now on a large gamble. The well being care specialist who says so and authorises their launch into the familiar public area, should be held to blame for any destiny assaults.

Sweetie first of all why did you do it, if this will be your first offense, they will charged you with what you did, then you have to pay the store, then if your lucky and have a good lawyer the judge will give you hours of community service which you need to do or else they will put you to jail, so do really think about this..

nothing. what you do is hire an attorney and have them ask JC Penney to do a Civil Compromise. it will cost you a few hundred dollars to do it, so have your parents pay for it. Penney's will more than likely accept the plea. that way you won't have a criminal conviction and you can get the records expunged after a year or two (check with local laws).
