i am mba with 4 months experiencs. i want to go for the interview of Equity Reaserch Analyst. if they ask me this question, what will be my answer.

So what do you do that they need?

If it is something they will have to train you for, what have you done in school that demonstrates your ability to learn, master, and apply what they will teach you to do (as in specifically the way they do things)?

If after your MBA training, you haven't a clue, then don't tell anyone where you went to school, blow your nose on the diploma and get a job driving a truck or something. You especially should know what they want and need and how you can especially fit that need (or if you can't, find another place to apply where you can), right?
