The cc's don't matter, it's the other things on the bike that make it street legal or not. Turn signals, brakes, headlight, taillight, light for the license plates, etc. Since you can't get a bike that is under 50cc's that wouldn't be an issue. It has to be able to be registered as a motor vehicle. Check your local Department of motor vehicles for their rules.

Well you can ride a bike on the street no matter how many cc's it has. What you need is turn signals a brake light and a license plate.

Take a state authorized MSF direction. in case you bypass, you would be issued a certificates then you take to the dmv and have the line attempt waived. The msf direction factors the bike. All you choose is a helmet, some gloves, a jacket and pants. There additionally are places that lease out small motorcycles for people to take the attempt on. no longer understanding the place you're, i could no longer advise everywhere.

Never heard of a limit. I've seen as low as 50cc, and as big as 5700 cc (Chev 350 cubic inch V8 in the Boss Hog.) Take your pick - or anywhere in between. So long as it isn't so slow as to be considered dangerous, you should be fine.

Don't they have mopeds where you live. You may have a weight restriction for riding on the interstate, not to mention minimum speed requirements. Look up your local DMV on the web.

depends on the manufacturer to make it street legal. you can buy an off brand on-line that is enduro (street legal dirt bike) they usually run around 200cc. i have a dr250 (suzuki enduro)
i think 200 is as low as they go, unless you go for a scooter.
