I enjoyed the first one but not sure on 2 the trailer looks average at best

Hey, I watched this film last night in Cinema and Wow... It is really gorry and gross and quite disturbing! I thought the 1st one was pretty naff but this is much better :) real chair hanger!!

The original was pretty good in its own way but the remake was appalling - I hated every single one of the 'sympathetic' characters and was urging on the mutant rednecks to do their worst. There was gore without suspense, characters without character, action without intelligence and a story without a plot. I turned it off halfway through to go and watch paint dry instead. While the original may have had its faults, a remake should have ironed these out, not sunk further into the swamp.

didn't understand the first one and the trailer for hills have eyes 2 doesn't look good at all, waste of time and money that i will never get back

I heard it`s rubbish from more than one person so didn`t bother with it. I wasn`t that impressed by the first one. I don`t think you can beat the originals that were made in the early 80`s. They were sccaaarrrryyyyy and had you on the edge of your seat the whole time. One of those movies where you want to go to the loo but aint movin til someone else does....( I didn`t feel that with the remake ) Anyone who`s never seen the older unbeatable version, you can still get both videos occasionally on ebay.

I loved the first one. Its one of my favourite horror films. I cant wait to see the new one

dont bother rhe origionals were crap so was the remake this will be the same

i couldn't understand the first one. when did the mother/daughter die? i couldn't tell if the people who lived in the town was alive or dead. so most likely its probably not good.
EDIT: never mind i am getting this movie confused with silent hill.
I still think it trash.
