Most likely you are the one that actually knows what you are doing. Companies are good at dumping a lot on the better employees because they will actually do the work and get it right.

In a very nice, but seemingly stressed out way, take some of the work to each non-working idiot and tell them you "just can't handle it." Dump the work in their in box and go back to your desk while muttering to yourself. LOL It works wonders. ;-)

You work for 8 hours pay. Does it matter what work one does for that time?
Remember something. Someone is always watching. They can see who is the doer and who is the slacker. This is where promotions come from.

Yes, but we know YOU'LL get the work done and we can't trust those other guys, but we lack bot the conviction and integrity to tell them to improve their work habits.
(Sounds a lot like my office)
