how do i transfer contacts from old phone?

Use the option to transfer onto the SIM card and then put the SIM card in the new phone and transfer them off

take the sims card out of the old phone and put it in the new one

If both your phones has bluetooth, why don't you bluetooth your contacts. I do it with everytime I get a new phone.

for a small charge the store where you are buying your new phone will do it
