Raising money for government!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Society operates from 2 processes.
1. Government
2. Free market

The only difference between communism, socialism, capitilism and anarchy is the dominance of each force.

Central government requires resources to operate. It must get this money from somewhere. Good government creates the things we need to cooperate as a society. At the simplest laws, in more centralised society, roads, schools and so on.

Taxation is the process of taking money from individuals, placing in under central (government) control. Hopefully this money is used to benefit society as a whole.

Corruption can be seen as a type of taxation. When government is failing to do the job properly, corruption becomes a way of making things happen that need to happen.

In China, where laws are far behind the needs of society (private property only achieved legal status a few days ago) then corruption is rampant.

To fund social projects that individuals can not afford like . . .
Roads , schools , hospitals , fire departments , police , military , and other endeavors that are suppose to benefit society as a whole.
