red, claret red, dark red are nice too but make sure the shades match the red top's shades.

I would go with a beautiful pair of patent leather open toe red pumps.

Depends on the hose, but definatley red, very cute, sexy, sassy, black is ok, but you want the boys or girls depending to notice, tan hose, taupe, coffee, sheer to waist!
Go on line for Target, Issac Mizrahi, red pumps, peep toe, very cute, sexy, and only around 22 bucks! and VERY comfortable!

a red pair will go great with red accessories and black shoes with black acc. but the red will look much better

since you are wearing a dark skirt, wearing a dark shoe like black wouldn't give the perfect look. i would advise any shade of red.

with that combination you will probably have to wear black and red Jordan's or some red and black vans or just some nice open toed black shoes.

either red or black, i'm leaning towards red because then it would go red black red, and that's really in style, but you can pick between both of those!
