is there any website that can help u learn any other language then what i already speak?

For Human Languages theh are numerous websites that teach basic language skills. Many use streaming audio.
The same holds true for computer proggramming languages.

Just do a search using terms like "learn" or "tutorial" and the language you desire.

go to teaching.gent.ie and have a look at the Java section (or other sections if you are interested in them). Bruce Eckels great book on Java is mirrored there...
