If you did it to get an insurance settlement I hope you are liable, hell, maybe some jail time too. People like you drive up insurance for everyone else.

Well when you tore off part of her exhaust pipe with your grill that part you might be liable for. She was backing up into you I heard so you shouldn't be completely liable!
