the words see- saw perfectly sound like the up and down motion see saw makes when children play

Because when one end of the see-saw is up high you can see around and when the same end reaches the floor you saw (past tense)

yep--because when you go up you see it & when you came down you saw it, lol
or maybe because the other person on with you sees what you saw?

Cause when you're high up you can see...and when you're back down you only saw???? Just a guess might be wrong
