I have to make 2 websites for my college classes but I have NO idea on what to do them on. PLEASE help me with some ideas, I am not a very creative person so I'm not good at coming up with stuff like this! Thanks

You can try getting inspirations on the web, example is templatemonster.com
Or if you're making some interactive website, try using a CMS. One of the best CMS I use are xoops (xoops.org) and Joomla (joomla.org)
Most CMS have some template that's ready with them, just edit them according to your needs!

Do you mean that you are looking for a website host, if you do not really know any html, you could probably use freewebs where you just have to click the template you wanted. You could do a blog which is even simple and if you would like more beautiful skin or design you can request or do your own. www.blogskins.com is the site with most blogskins designs i ever seen.

You create web pages using a html editor.
