Hi, this is a different person. I'm in the fifth grade and I love to go out and play after school with all my friends from my previous school. There are two second grade girls, sometimes two seventh grade girls, and two fifth grade girls. There are also many many boys...three really like me. But, my favorite one is the tall,dark,and handsome one(literally). Sometimes they bring over other guys to play basketball,too(they take off their shirts). Their all nice guys but I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. Since I haven't been back at the school for three years, my best friend back there(boy) doesn't even remember me! I hate it! I've got everyone else crushing on me but I want my best friend from second grade! What should I do? Get the pick of the litter? Find my old friend? Please help Me! For the sake of a heart-broken fifth grade girl?

Just concentrate on your school work right now sweetie. You'll have more boys trying to get at you than you can count before you're even 21. Just slow down and relax, there's going to be plenty of time to get involved with boys. Anyway since you're so confused on who to choose then don't choose anyone right now.

Gee for a fifth grade girl you sound very mature for your age, your not old enough to date yet. When I was in fifth grade I didn't even notice guys all I cared about was my friends, but then again I am in my early 40's

You are only in the fifth grade you will meet lots of people during your school years don't get in a rush, if it is meant to be it will happen. But you are way to young to be going through these types of emotions. I know this sounds horrible but talk with your mother about your feelings she can help.

OMG you are just a fifth grader and worrying about dumping one and settling for the other. My, that's too much.
Why don't you concentrate on studies for a change and by the time you know it, you'll have a good no. of suiters for yourself. Pick and choose any of them but for now, just put your mind to studies. You talk like a bright girl, keep going.
