just try your best to control the mood swings, otherwise really there is nothing. i did the same thing, still do (but everyone knows i am pregnant) it will be easier and everyone will understand as soon as you tell them.
good luck hun.

Hum..... Not so sure on this one, There is nothing wrong with telling very close family who experience you being this way. They will understand and will be able to help. With everyone else tell them you are going through a hard time with something, you've got PMS anything it keeps them off the sent for now. When you do tell them the truth they will understand why you white lied. Any one who doesn't there not wrth having in your life to share your joy. Best of luck and try and keep calm. Stress is a major factor of misscarrige, i know i've had 3, so de stress as much as possible and all with be fine!!!

remind yourself of your mood and take a deep breath when you feel yourself getting cranky. You could also tell people you are close to that you have something going on in your personal life...or tell your family you are having issues with work. Apologize for your rudeness and tell them you have a lot on your mind. They should forgive you and will laugh it all off when they know you are pregnant.
Being moody is a normal part of pregnancy. Don't feel bad, just take some deep breaths, walk away, take a bath, anything to help you relax and be calm until you are ready to share your news. Congrats!!

When you are in a cranky mood, try to avoid going out. If you must go out, when you say something cranky say "sorry, must be getting close to that time of the month" They will forget all about your little white lie when they find out your preggers! Congrats by the way!!

Just try and stay calm with people. If you say something mean then say "I'm sorry, I don't know what has gotten into me here lately" or "I'm Sorry, I have just been really stressed out". If you feel like crying, try going somewhere descrete and go cry. I hope this helps. Good luck.

Just bite your tongue... seriously if you think before you say anything it will help a lot.

I know what you mean *lol* what I am finding harder than being nice to people who don't know is being nice to my toddler. All he wants lately is to be on top of me all the time. And sometimes the way he moves makes my almost puke. And my temper is short when he pulls my hair accidentally. Or won't nap.

You are a normal pregnant lady with your mood changes. If you don't want people to know, I guess you have to stay away from them or not be so moody.
