i came across the story but not sure if it's true or not. i know it's only a matter of time before they do but has anyone else heard anything

well they may not have released official plans but i would say this is pretty conclusive....

Not sure about released..but there are war plans for a lot of countries/regions of the world including the old Soviet Union. They generally don't make these public, they are more like guide lines in a crisis situation.

They are contingency plans, not war plans. There is a difference.
Hell, there's probably contingency plans for attacking Canada in some file cabinet in the Pentagon. Doesn't mean we'll be occupying Toronto any time soon.
Unless the bastards stop allowing Moosehead to be exported to the USA. Then it'll be war.
