If you use big words in your questions they will trip you. The disabled have their own societies that has to be registered. Some received regular handouts from Community Chest, a government organ and with conditions attached. Others empower themselves by supporting themselves through efforts of their own members. Once a while, they get deregistered due to 'wrong doings'. They are small frys however. Big government is the bigger problem.
