It just shut off. I plugged it into my computer, and still nothing happened. I tried holding down the right button, and everything. Help?

look on the back of you ipod, theres a website, apple.com/support i think..anyway if you go there it will tell you what to do you might need to update your ipod if you havent done so in awhile. mine did this about a week ago, only mine showed a little triangle, it told me to hold down the center button and the pause button at the same time for 10 sec and repeat. it worked for me, so you should check it out good luck.

Like they said you probably need to go on that website. This happened to me before when it overheated [[i left it in my car for a day during the summer]] and all i did was charge it.
