This is a strange category to ask this in but yes, it can. I had my tonsils removed when I was 4 years old. A few years ago I was really sick and my doctor informed me I had a swollen tonsil. I said I had them removed, and he said I had one grow back on the left side. He said it happens.

Yes, this is from personal experience. When I was a child and they took them
out they were mushy. That was back when they put a mask over your face and
dripped ether. Lovely smell. Many years later, I went to the Dr. with the nastiest
sore throat--I could hardly swallow. He said your tonsils need to come out. I
said no way, I had them out as a child. He said I hate to tell you they grew back.
They probably didn't get all of it. Fortunately, I haven't had trouble since. Having
tonsils out as an adult is rather dangerous.

9 3/4 times out of ten, no. But it has happened in the past. It's a strange occurrence but the human body is a strange thing. I had my wisdom teeth taken out twice as they grew back 15 years later.

YES. Mine did. Took 10 years and had to have them out again.

oh no they can not. People if you do not really know the answer do not guess. If your throat hurts treat it as a sore throat and if it does not get better see a doctor.
