do you mean mixed race?
if there are no other ethnic women in your area, try moving away, to a more cosmopolitan area, where you can socialise and date women from other nationalities.
why dont you want a chinese baby?

I'm guessing that there are probably more issues going on here; however, I do know something.
I know that in Inner-Mongolia many Chinese families will marry with families of different (Mongolian) ethnic groups so that they can legally have more than one child.
Apart from saying that, I have to be honest with you and say that your question is a little bit unusual and will probably get strange or negative responses.

First of all check with your government to see if it's allowed. If not you could get in big trouble. But good luck you probably would have a better chance at finding a white girl than me and I'm a white guy. They like other races, and rich guys.
