I have downloaded a picture on my computer and would like to use art to change the picture. Does anyone know how to do this? For example I want to take the pic of a house and change the color of the shutters. Any feedback would be great. thanks

Their are few ways to do this.. In photoshop select the shutters using the Magic Wand tool (your gonna want them on their own layer) ctrl click all the shutters to select them all... once the shutters are selected right click and select cut via new layer... once in its own layer, go to image (on the menu layout) select adjustments... then select color balance... change to under tones to whatever you want and then change the colors... make sure preview is selected so you can see the adjustments... If you need further help, contact me I have lots of photoshop experience.... Oh and make sure you label your layers.....
