They are too preoccupied with their own problems to care about others. We should take care of our problems first, however compassion for those who ar ehaving a bad day, or suffering daily needs to be on our lists of things to care about. I don't know why people have drifted so far away from caring. It's kind of like time has hardened us and made us all more cold and bitter.

Not everybody is like that......But yes, some people just dont worry about others..maybe they are happy in there way now, but will definitely understand others hurt when they stand in others shoes sometime!!!!!

IN most cases other peoples emotions will not effect us. People are in many cases self serving and thus do not consider consequences if they themselves wont directly be impacted.
