I've been washing with dish soap then rinsing and rinsing with very warm/hot water.

Very interesting. I wouldn't think of doing anything BUT washing my hands with soap. Without soap the hands are not getting properly cleaned. Soap rinses completely off skin easily and is a non-issue as long as you rinse. The way you are doing it presently is the only way I would even consider doing it, and have been for twenty years.

Just wash normally with regular soap and water, that all I have ever done and never had a problem to my knowledge in over 30 years.

Dont use any soap!!!!! Just rinse them in plain water . Use the soap after your done in the tank.Soap kills the fish even a small amount will shut their gills down

Its not surgery. Just rinse your hands and arm's in water (no strong or scented soap) and your all set.

Plain water... NO SOAP... and if you are too worried... buy some gloves that go upto your elbows.

that is going to heal......... sparkling the injuries exchange tank water.. dotn go away it in the water continually ........ that is going to by no capacity beable to bypass via itself nd keep in mind that it may die
