Help with an odd $10 bill????

In getting change over the weekend I was given a ten dollar bill that looks very odd. It has a red flame on the left and the words We The People printed in red also. In the bottom right hand corner the number 10 is printed is gold. any ideas??????????

HHHMMM I have never gotten one before thats odd.

thats one of the new ones. its real.
they started printing new $10s last year with the red coloring, to make it more difficult to counterfeit.
