does anyone know where i can find info on chopping a v-star? wanna bob the rear fender, solo seat, drag bars, shave lights. All info I see is just for HD's.

There are TONS of places where you can find stuff like this. I have a R*, and the place I go for most of my 'unique' parts, or at least ideas for what parts I will make on my own, is www.pacificcoaststar.com they have just about everything you could ever want. it'll cost you though.

V twin magazine has alot of chpped yamahas in it plus they have info on some of the suppliers also Barons is a good yam supplier

The only reason why you only see H-D is because of the need to make the bike look O.K. and to make it worth the very expensive prize they paid (they are ugly out of the box in my opinion)!!! But then again that's just my opinion, I'm sure they don't like mine either!!!

Check out J & P Cycles; they sell a lot of custom parts for Japanese bikes.
