Maybe you should talk to your daughter...
How old is she? Is this friend really "just" a friend or is he/she a bit more for your daughter?

The question is , is your daughter and this person more then friends ? It seems as if they cant be apart from each other . I'm not saying this to be rude I'm just wondering why she would not respect your wishes . I would ask her this question and see what she says . Then I would tell her friend there are certain days she will be aloud over unless your family has plans on that day . If we want you to come along we will invite you . Let this person know you are not being rude , you need time with only your family . GOOD LUCK and Best Wishes !
