Yes I made a mistake. We live next to the railroad tracks and we had a resident skunk. I was hoping and praying the train wouldn't hit it as the smell
would be unbearable. Well, the rodent made it across the road and to the school
up the street. It looked really sick. It bit a 5 year old girl & she had to go through
the rabies shots. The skunk was rabid. Be careful what you wish for.

Yes, wishes do come true in odd ways sometimes. A woman I used to work with wished she would get skinny. She got stomach cancer, got skinny, and then died. I'm always careful what I wish for.

I have had the same wish for a very long time, to be financially "comfortable". I think that is being careful in that I'm not being greedy or asking for something extreme.

They say be careful of what you wish for because it just might come true. Sometimes we wish for things that apply to our immediate wants and desires and that is dangerous because thoughts are things and should be respected as such.

yes ! my cousin wished for some one to just lve her for herself-well she got knocked up by a drunk loser from a one night stand . She will have someone to love her ........my friend wished to be skinny and got a horrible stomach virus that lasted 6 months and she got down to 86 lbs...........other friend wished for more time with his kids so his wife left him with them..........
