I don't mean running around trying to do the things you think you "need" to do either....do you fill your day with quality activities?

I make an honest attempt to fill my day with quality activities. Sometimes it just doesn't work out that way.
Wait, I guess drinking is a quality activity. Nevermind. ;)

I would say I waste 40% or more of my day doing thing that are only moderately worthwhile.
