any help is great and i need advice other than 'reformat you comp'. i cant reformat because my comp has lots of valuable information which would be lost

Hi
First , OUCHHH thats not good , well the other way around is that to take out your HD and put it in has SALVE in another pc , then take out the info you want , and then well reformat my friend

ask your friends or relatives to introduce a good computer technician who don't need to reformat your computer.
