My ex gf is pregnant with my child and she just text me saying that she was bleeding loads on the weekend and she has been sick all weekend, does this mean she has had a miscarriage?

Like right now. Stop reading the computer, call her on the phone, and even take her to her doctor IMMEDIATELY.

Unfortunately it means she's more than likely having a miscarriage, yes. I know it's a tough time right now and you are both worried, but I think you should head over to her place and take her to the doctors like now.
I'm terribly sorry for this misfortune. If it happens that she's not having miscarriage, try to inform her to get enough sleep, drink lots of water, eat healthy, and minimize stress!

Even if she's having a miscarriage or not, if a pregnant woman is bleeding heavily that means she needs to see a doctor.... NOW
