Most of the large networks offer the popular TV shows on their website. If this is not the case with your show, the easiest way is to try file sharing (Which I personally think is less safe) or join a news service such as meganet news or gignews. There you can find binaries with just about any TV show, or request specific ones. Many times the shows are on there prior to their showing on the network.

use a firefox browser and download the 'video downloader' plug-in. find a website that plays a full-length episode. play the video, click the video downloader icon, and presto, you have it!

You can try torrenting (torrent) or a computer program called "Limewire". But since there are peer-to-peer, be aware that there are some viruses, Trojan horse programs and spyware that can infect you computer. I suggest that you use anti-spyware and anti-virus programs. :-)
