I was very impressed by "I'll Paint a Sun" by A.J. Garrotto. It was very sweet and the language was beautiful. There were not graphic sex scenes and the characters were absolutely touching!
I hope you enjoy =)

My all-time favorite is "Katherine" by Anya Seton
It's based on a true story of a prince and a commoner in 14th Century England. They fall in love, but their status keeps them apart.
Now, the characters do engage in a lengthy affair - but it has its consequences. I wouldn't say the story glorifies sex because it's very subtle in its handling of that side of their relationship. (It was originally published in the 1950s - so, no hot bedroom scenes.)
The heroine grows up a lot during the course of the book, and there comes a point where she decides to break off the affair because it's wrong. Although they part, neither one ever really forgets the other - and there's definitely a very sweet ending. It gets a sigh of contentment out of me every time.

Nicholas Sparks writes excellent romantic-touching books. I've only read A Walk to Remember, and I loveddd it. It was so touching with simple language. I'm not into romantic books, but i heard great reviews on all his other books. Try reading them!

"Chocolat" by Joanne Harris. I just finished it and it's excellent. It's about a lot of different things, love, trust, magic, and chocolate of course. The movie of the same name with Johnny Depp and Juliette Binoche was made from this book.
Hope you enjoy!
