If you need a piece of gold put in to size it,that's going to cost extra than say just stretching the ring.
Most good jewellers will prefer to put gold in.Being as it's 18ct it will cost more ,about £25.00.The good thing news is,you only need to go one size up so it won't be much more.

Varies a lot by state and jewler; 20-30 bucks last time I had one done. Be careful and choose a reputable jewler; strange things can happen to stones and rings when you don't.

I had mine done for about $25.00 (Canadian). It took about a week or so, which was annoying - so be prepared for that. Mine actually had to be cut off my finger. Oh well. I just had it done at the Sears jewelry counter, and they did a great job.

It's not too expensive & it depends on the jeweller. If you just got it the jeweller should do it for nothing.
