Following is a list of Sony Ericsson shortcuts/tips/tricks -(functioning of the shortcut may vary according to the model)

--------------------------------------------------
1. The service menu:
--------------------------------------------------
This is a hidden menu in Sony Ericsson phones. It allows you to test features of your phone, see all the text labels in your phone (warning there is a lot), see the firmware version of the phone.

To get in: press >*<<*<* at the standby screen. > is joystick right < is joystick left.

--------------------------------------------------
2. The unlock menu
--------------------------------------------------
If you get a unlock code of the operator this is where you enter it. Although you can pay £10 to get it done down the market :P (our phones are not BB5)

--------------------------------------------------
3.Firmware flashing part.
--------------------------------------------------
You can flash your K750 to W800 for free (if the phone is CID36) and gain the walkman but lose the activity menu.
For that I refer you to :
http://www.magazist.web.id/index.php?/content/view/35/26/

BUT if you use EMEA firmware; you can patch up the phone to unlock features (send java games; banish the java security prompts and much more) .

Look here for info (look through all the thread):

This allows you to use your WAP through your computer's broadband:

--------------------------------------------------
7.Free Downloads / Software

--------------------------------------------------
8.Light up clock in standby mode
--------------------------------------------------

11.Don't Drain The Battery
--------------------------------------------------
With Lithium batteries there is no advantage to draining the battery. The battery will infact last longer with partial rather than full discharges. There is no battery memory effect with a lithium battery - you can charge the battery whenever you like without fear of reducing its charge capacity, and you do not need to drain a lithium battery completely before recharging it. Find out more about Lithium batteries here: http://www.batteryuniversity.com/

--------------------------------------------------
12. Shutdown camera sound:
--------------------------------------------------
hold button “#”

--------------------------------------------------
13. In horizontal viewing mode you can use the “+” and “–” volume keys to zoom in and out of the picture. You can also use the 1 and 3 keys to zoom.
--------------------------------------------------

--------------------------------------------------
14. At active camera:-
--------------------------------------------------

1 – change size of photo
4 – turn on/off macro mode
7 – turn on/off night mode
* – turn on/off lightning diodes

Change of zoom: with right side buttons you can zoom in/out
Change of photo brightness: by moving joystick up/down.

--------------------------------------------------
15. At active video:
--------------------------------------------------
1 – change video size
4 – turn on/off macro mode
7 – turn on/off night mode
* – turn on/off lightning diodes

--------------------------------------------------
16. In messages by pressing “*” you can turn on/off T9
--------------------------------------------------

--------------------------------------------------
17. Quick activation of camera
--------------------------------------------------
Open the back capping strip of camera’s lens. Works even keypad is locked :)

--------------------------------------------------
18.TechMode
--------------------------------------------------
2 ways to activate TechMode:

I like Sony Ericssons. It's true they are good for pictures and the BEST for music. BUT the only problem I have is when I use too much memory. I have a W910 with 64mb internal memory and micro M2 of 4GB. I nearly used all the memory and the phone does really lag. Sometimes when i try to play a game it says "the application uses too much memory". That p*sses me off. But the worse is when it freezes and resets by itself. I feel like I want to smash it with a hammer!!!
