Aww... you're so sweet! The first night should be pretty easy. They'll ease you into the process. They'll probably just talk a lot and maybe do a breathing exercise at the end. You don't have to watch the video until the last couple of classes so don't worry. LOL. You're awesome for going though! Congratulations daddy!
