Reading individual verses without reading verses around it will sometimes lead a person to ask "What does that mean?" or say "That doesn't seem to make sense." Who are the people who are "ever learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth"? Read verses 1 to 6 in 2 Timothy, chapter 3.
