If it is sore, let it grow back. Give you skin time to heal. After it grows back to full length, try pulling it out little by little. Just pull out three to four hairs at a time, that way it wont hurt unbearably. Once you have all of the hair pulled out, feel the skin with the back of you hand; you will see that it is much smoother than it ever was with the razor. Have some skin lotion handy so you can apply it as soon as the hair is removed. Apply the lotion liberally , and work it in to the skin for about 30 min. Repeat the oiling process once a day for the same amount of time each day, so as to maintain supple skin in that region of the body. After using this method you will never go back to a razor.

I don't like those at home creams, lotions, gels, whatever - the likes of Nair, Veet, or whatever else for that area. I essentially get the same results as shaving, if not worse and the stuff smells horrible. My hair grows really fast so neither of those options reallly works for me 'down there'. I just go for brazilians instead. Yes, perhaps a bit more painful, but I love the results and it lasts so much longer than the other options.

Try waxing as much as possible, hurts to start with but you get use to the pain. Hair removal creams are good but the finish isn't the best.

I use Nair's sensitive hair removing cream. It's the best I've tried and never leaves any rash or tingling. You can buy it in sachets for 99p from chemist.

Be brave and go get waxed- its So much nicer- shaving is horrible, stubble and ingrown hairs urgh. Waxing is much better and not expensive- ok so it hurts like hell but its so worth it!
