There is a book called "A Great and Terrible Beauty" by Libba Bray. This is an amazing young adult book, that I enjoyed a lot. Also try the normal ones like Meg Cabot, and Jenny Carrol. Also there is a book called "The PErks of being a WallFlower" I'm not sure who its author is, but you should look it up. Its great.

Ummm... Edward Bloor's good, Pete Hautman, Jaclyn Moriarty, Joyce Mcdonald, and Phillip Pullman. It depends on your taste. I am a teen and I read a lot of adult books too. Judy Budnitz and Jodi Piccoult are good.

I really loved Eragon and Eldest, two books in a trilogy by Christopher Paolini. The third book is out yet. There was a movie based on Eragon, but it was really bad compared to the book

Try some of the sci-fi/fantasy novels of Ursula K. Le Guin. Some are obviously written for young adults, but they are all "good". My favourite novel by her is "The Dispossessed".
You might also try Terry Pratchett's Discworld series - written for 'young adults' of all ages.
